Henry and team arrive at the bride’s getting-ready location to capture the details that set the scene — the dress, shoes, invitations, rings, and all the little touches that tell your story.
Please have all detail items gathered in a box or trayAlexis and her bridesmaids hang out in robes or pajamas — relaxed, laughing, and soaking in the calm before the beautiful chaos. Hair and makeup finishing touches happen here.
Groom & groomsmen should be fully dressed by nowWhile the bride and bridesmaids get dressed, Tom and his groomsmen take their formal portraits — sharp, confident, and ready for the day. Groomsmen head to Tampa Garden Club when finished.

The bridal party wraps up at the hotel and heads to the venue. Deep breaths — the next time you walk through a door, it’ll be down the aisle.
The wedding party disappears into their suites — no peeking! Guests are arriving and finding their seats, so everyone stays hidden until it’s time. Last touch-ups, deep breaths, and a quiet moment before the big reveal.

Guests enjoy drinks and appetizers while the couple and families step away for photos. Cocktail hour runs from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
