Parking

Self-Parking Lot: 1500 West Magic Way, Anaheim 92802

The lot is a brief walk to all wedding venues. No vehicle transportation is available to/from the lot or between venues. Parking is first come, first served — if full, the attendant will direct to the nearest overflow lot.

Fees for self-parking in normal-size vehicles are included. Overnight parking, valet, and oversize vehicles/trailers/U-Hauls are not permitted.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When approaching the guard gate, say you are “Guests of” the wedding — NOT that you are working. Saying you’re working may redirect you to a Cast Member lot that is much further away and has a fee. If you park in a Theme Park lot, Valet, or Downtown Disney, you are responsible for all fees.
📅
Timeline Rules

Disney will provide a Timeline of Disney Events to the photographer and the couple. Your shot list must fit within the designated event times on Disney’s timeline.

The photographer may not create alternative timelines that change event times noted on the Disney Timeline — especially regarding doors open time for the reception and food service time.

The photographer coordinates with the couple directly for wedding day logistics. The Disney team will not act as a full-service planning service to manage guest vendors.

🏰
Venue Rules

Vendors are not permitted in any backstage location at any time.

Photography may be taken at the Disneyland Hotel only — photography is not permitted at other hotel properties, Theme Parks, or Downtown Disney.

Guest walkways cannot be blocked at any time. All fire egresses must remain clear.

🌝
Sunset & Lighting

Sunset on the wedding day is 4:56 PM. The photographer is responsible for all lighting after sunset.

If the couple and photographer want Disney to provide lighting or power for photos at Rose Court Garden, this must be added in advance and prepaid by the couple.

⚠️ Lighting and power may NOT be added on the event day if not requested in advance.
🍴
Vendor Meals

If the photography team requires a vendor meal, let the couple know the quantity and any food allergies.

The Banquet Captain/Coordinator will arrange vendor meal timing and a place for vendor breaks outside of the reception room. Vendors will not be fed prior to the wedding guests.

📝 Action item: Confirm vendor meal count and allergies with Andrew & Jenny ahead of time.
🔒
Valuables & Equipment

The Disneyland Hotel gets heavy foot traffic. Do not leave valuables unsupervised. Disney is not responsible for any items left unattended.

Disney cannot store, set up, take down, or clean up any items not provided in-house.

📄
Required Documents

Disney requires a signed Photography Agreement and review of the Vendor Guidelines.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required with a minimum of $2 million in the general aggregate section.

📅 COI deadline: December 1, 2026. Traci will send the agreements via DocuSign once terms are accepted.
