Seated Group Photo — All Guests

Immediately after the ceremony. Ask guests to remain seated until the photographer finishes. Coordinate the announcement with the officiant or DJ.

Family & Couple Portraits

Family combinations, wedding party, and couple portraits begin immediately after the seated group photo. See the shot list below for the full sequence.

Cocktail Hour

Open bar, grazing table, passed hors d’oeuvres, and photo booth while portraits are in progress.

Grand Entrance & First Dance

Guests enter the reception. Bruce and Robin make their grand entrance followed by their first dance.

Welcome Toast & Dinner

Bruce and Robin give a welcome toast, followed by dinner service. During dinner, capture table photos of the couple at each table.

The dance floor heats up! First song: “Brick House.” Capturing dancing, guest interactions, and candid reception moments throughout the evening.

Bar Closes

Last call for drinks. “Closing Time” plays to signal the wind-down.
