Final touches gathered, everyone heads out to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Church allows arrival at 12:30 PM — must be out by 4:00 PMThe bridal party arrives at St. Joseph’s and gets situated. The bride will put on her dress in the church restroom for final zip-up and finishing touches.
An intimate and emotional moment just for the two of you. Huan and Vi see each other for the first time and share private vows before the ceremony. Followed by couple portraits.
The wedding party lines up and prepares for the ceremonial walk down the aisle. Take a deep breath — this is it!

Time to head to St. John Event Center for the celebration!
Must be out of church by 4:00 PMThe couple and wedding party arrive at St. John Event Center. Time to freshen up and take in the reception space before guests arrive.

Bar opens — 6 hours of open bar beginsGuests enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while the couple greets their loved ones in the receiving line.
Cocktail hour wraps up and guests take their seats. Vendors make final preparations for the reception program.
The celebration kicks off with the grand entrance! Family introductions, the entire wedding party’s grand entrance, and the couple’s entrance. Followed by welcome speeches from both families, the first dance, and the food blessing.
Dinner is served for all guests. The couple and their wedding party enjoy their first meal as newlyweds surrounded by loved ones.

30 tables — approximately 90 minutesThe couple changes into their final reception outfit. Vendors take a well-deserved break.
The couple cuts their wedding cake together, followed by a fun scavenger hunt game to get everyone on their feet and laughing.
The dance floor is open! Time to let loose and celebrate with family and friends.
The final song plays for one last dance with your guests. Then a magical sparkler-lined grand exit to close out an unforgettable night.
