Depart for Church

Leave the Airbnb and drive to St. Philip Phan Văn Minh in Orlando. Approximately one hour drive.

Arrive & Setup at Church

Arrive at St. Philip Phan Văn Minh. Set up equipment and prepare for the ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony

Half mass ceremony officiated by Cha Tinh at St. Philip Phan Văn Minh.

Processional: Priest → Parents → MOH Rowan Hunter & BM Johnson Siu → BM Diana Truong & GM Kevin Sio → Groom & Bride

Recessional: Groom & Bride → Wedding Party → Priest

Downtime

Break for the couple and team. Rest, eat, and recharge before the reception.

Setup at The Tap Room

Henry and team arrive at the reception venue. Set up equipment, lighting, and audio.

Cocktail Hour

Guests arrive and enjoy cocktails, passed appetizers, and mingling. Beverage station, bar, boba tea (Ding Tea Orlando), and Vietnamese food station open. Photo station available for guests.

Cocktail Hour Concludes

Reception doors open. Guests are invited to their seats.

Reception & Grand Entrance

M.C. introduces the families, then the wedding party: MOH Rowan Hunter & BM Johnson Siu, BM Diana Truong & GM Kevin Sio. Grand entrance of the newlyweds.

Handfasting (Tie the Knot) — with Gabrielle’s stepmom, Mrs. Laurie Bruffey. Parents’ thank you speech. Boba tea opens for the couple.

First Dance & Cake Cutting

Couple’s first dance, followed by cake cutting, and the couple’s thank you & toast with champagne flutes.

Dinner Service Begins

First course: Classic Caesar Salad. Vietnamese food station opens.

Entrée Service & Speeches

Entrées served. Speeches from Aunt Eileen, MOH, Best Man, and the couple.

Table Visits

Bride and groom visit each table to greet and thank their guests.

Band & Party Time

The band kicks off the party. Dance floor opens.

Wedding Cake & Dessert

Wedding cake (Bari Bake House) and “Dirt” shooters served to guests.

Group Photo & Private Last Dance

Full group photo with all guests, followed by the couple’s private last dance.

Grand Exit

The couple’s grand exit send-off. Final moments captured.

Reception Concludes & Coverage Ends

Reception officially ends. End of wedding coverage.
